Walk, Inspire, Dream

A three-day break to give yourself a time to recharge your batteries, connect with nature and the moon, a space for meetings and sharing.

You will be carefully guided in several practices: Nordic walking, meditation, breathing, yoga by Pascale from Nordic Nature, an accompanying Sanasport graduate and trained in Viniyoga.

Open to beginners or not, in good physical and mental health, min. 18 years old.

4 days and 3 nights all inclusive course:

Included in this price: accommodation in a double room, catering, practices and support.
